REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 7-days Refund Policy, 30-days Refund Program and 30-days Return Policy:
- We offer a 100% refund if a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery.
- Timing: we have a 7-days Refund Policy, 30-days Refund Program and 30-days Return Policy, since the day item was received.
- All products are applicable to 30-days Refund Program except EasyBrush.
- To be eligible to 30-days Refund Program, customer is required to email email@example.com with the subject '30-days Refund Program' and include your order number and name once received the product.
- A single flat fee (RM20) will be charged for the shipment, plus a smaller fee (RM10) for the processing fee once the refund is approved.
- Changes of mind is applicable to 7-days Refund.
- To be eligible for a 7-days Return & Refund, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- For returns, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject 'Returns of Goods' and include your order number, name and the reason for the good return.
- No extra charges will be charged upon the customer.
- We will provide the customer with instructions where to send the returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
- When returned item is received and inspected, customer will receive a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
- Once the refund is approved (5 to 10 working days), it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
